个人简介

谢胜松,华中农业大学副教授,硕士研究生导师,2019年-2020年国际家畜研究所(ILRI)访问学者。华中农业大学学士、农学硕士,中科院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所理学博士。2013年4月至2014年11月为中科院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所助理研究员。现华中农业大学动科动医学院基础兽医系,农业动物遗传育种与繁殖教育部重点实验室固定成员,创新人才推进计划重点领域“猪基因组与育种创新团队”核心成员之一。 长期坚持在科研、教学一线,致力于科学研究、人才培养和平台建设。多年来,从事宿主和病原微生物功能基因挖掘、鉴定和机制解析研究,主要研究方向为:1)猪重要致病性病原微生物与宿主互作候选基因鉴定和功能研究,构建了基于猪全基因组CRISPR文库技术的高通量功能基因筛选平台;2)建立与优化基于CRISPR/Cas12系统的核酸可视化检测技术;3)CRISPR/Cas相关软件开发、技术优化及应用,基因编辑猪模型制备。目前共发表SCI论文34余篇,其中第一作者(含共一)5篇;通讯作者(含共同通讯)SCI文章6篇,单篇最高影响因子12.121(Nature Communications, 2020)。主持国家自然基金面上项目1项,校自主创新基金项目1项,作为研究骨干参加科技重大专项子课题1项;主持并结题国家自然基金青年项目1项。获得授权国家发明专利3项,软件著作权登记证书8个。
