个人简介

陈小冬，博士，教授，博士生导师，德国杜伊斯堡-埃森综合大学医学院合作研究，美国康乃尔大学动物科学系访问学者；中国畜牧兽医学会动物生理生化分会理事。主要从事脂肪沉积与猪肉品质、脂肪代谢及相关疾病分子机理、猪肉品质的遗传与营养调控等方面的研究。先后主持了国家自然科学青年基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发项目、国际合作项目等项目10余项。参与了863、973、948和转基因专项等国家重大项目。发表各类学术论文近50篇，其中SCI论文40余篇。申请国家发明专利3项，已授权1项。教学方面，承担了《生物化学》、《生物化学实验》《蛋白质化学》课程教学，参与《生物化学技术实验》百门精品课程建设，参与《生物化学技术实验》教材编写，主持了1项省级教改项目，发表了教改论文1篇。已培养毕业研究生16人。
