个人简介

刘梅，女，华中农业大学副教授、硕士生导师。从1997年至今，工作于华中农业大学动物医学院预防兽医学系微生物学与免疫学教研室，从事微生物学与免疫学方面的教学和研究工作以及本教研室的日常管理工作。主讲本科生《畜牧微生物学》和《兽医微生物学》课程，讲授过本科生《动物免疫学基础》等课程。曾两度荣获华中农业大学教学质量优秀一等奖。现主要研究方向为兽医微生物学和动物源性食品安全，主要围绕单核细胞增生李斯特菌等重要食源性致病菌的生物学特性、致病机制、环境适应性、肉品生产链传播及流行规律等开展基础和应用研究。以第一作者或通讯作者分别在《Genome Announcements》、《Infection and Immunity》、《Toxins》、《Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology》、《Veterinary Microbiology》、《Chinese Journal of Agricultural Biotechnology》、《Journal of Invertebrate Pathology》、《安全与环境学报》和《中国生物防治》等国内外期刊上发表了研究论文。
