个人简介

彭大鹏,男,1977年4月生,湖北天门人。博士,华中农业大学副教授,硕士生导师。自工作以来,一直在科研教学第一线开展兽药残留与食品安全的基础理论及关键技术研究和高层次人才培养。在国家各级项目(课题)的资助下,破解了小分子化合物广谱单克隆抗体难于制备的难题,发明了一系列具有完全自主知识产权的小分子半抗原、免疫原和包被原;创制了40多种灵敏、高产、优质单克隆抗体,研发出基于这些广谱抗体的试剂盒和试纸条48种。培养硕士研究生30名,指导学生在第三届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛湖北省复赛中获得创意组金奖。先后获包括国家技术发明奖二等奖(排名第2)在内的9项国家及省部级科技奖励;发表SCI论文52篇,其中以第一作者和通讯作者在包括Food Chemistry (IF 4.529)、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry (IF 3.154)等本专业领域的Top期刊在内的国际期刊上发表SCI论文22篇,被引164次,他引130次,h-指数17。获授权发明专利36件,制订国家标准1项,农业部备案产品4个,专利保藏单克隆细胞株39株。
