个人简介

魏泓,男,四川泸州人。华中农业大学教授、博士生导师,兼任中国实验动物学会无菌动物专业委员会主任委员。致力于以遗传工程和无菌动物技术为核心,以解析机体自身基因组功能和肠道菌群宏基因组功能及其相互关系为学术目标,形成了模型动物制备与应用创新研究体系。建立了国内最具影响力无菌动物平台,形成了无菌与有菌动物比较、菌群(菌株)移植、遗传工程动物无菌化、无菌动物发育的四种基本研究模式,为抑郁、精神分裂症、结肠癌、乳腺炎、肠道肥大细胞溶菌酶释放等重大疾病发生发展、重要生理病理表型与肠道菌群因果关系确立发挥了重要作用,有效支撑了国内医学、食品、畜牧等领域微生物组动物实验研究。建立了小型猪遗传工程技术体系,开展巴马香猪在疾病模型、生物材料、药物评价的应用研究。创制了基因敲出、定向敲入、单碱基突变等系列基因编辑小型猪新模型。创制血清白蛋白人源化转基因猪。利用ENU化学诱变技术创制sox10、kit基因突变耳聋猪等疾病家系。承担无菌动物及遗传工程猪模型973、863、国家自然科学基金等课题,获科研经费4千余万元。在Science等期刊发表SCI论文88篇,以(共同)通讯作者在Nature Immunology、Molecular Psychiatry 、Gastroenterology、Blood、Science Advances、 Microbiome、 Elife等期刊发表SCI论文61篇,授权发明专利17项。以第一完成人获全军优秀教学成果一等奖“医学实验动物学课程的创建与实践”。主编“医学实验动物学”为国家教育部首批推荐全国研究生教学用书、主编《医学动物实验技术》 获国家科学技术学术著作出版基金资助。先后培养博士、硕士80余名。
