个人简介

2007年获华中农业大学动物遗传育种与繁殖专业博士学位;2013-2014年在英国诺丁汉大学访问交流,访问期间从事猪诱导干细胞(iPS)研究工作。教学方面,目前承担本科生《普通遗传学》和《动物分子生物学》等课程的教学工作。研究领域为动物分子遗传与细胞生物学,研究方向为猪肌肉生长及饲料转化效率遗传调控分子机理。主要研究策略是运用生物信息学方法分析全基因组测序或芯片数据,鉴定关键候选基因,然后通过反向遗传学手段进行验证。目前已在《Cell Death & Disease》、《Journal of Cell Science》、《Frontiers in Immunology》、《Animal Genetics》等杂志上发表研究论文30余篇。已申请和授权国家发明专利10项。主持国家自然科学基金三项、教育部新教师基金一项、动物转基因子项目及863子项目各一项;作为骨干参与国家转基因重大专项、国家自然基金重点、863计划、973计划等项目。研究生招生方向:动物遗传育种与繁殖(090501)专业的02方向。

研究领域

1. QTL主效基因及致因突变鉴定:应用基因芯片、测序等方法在商业群体或F2分离群体中鉴定生长、饲料效率、胴体等性状的主效基因、分子标记及致因突变;
2. 猪基因组学:包括猪3D基因组,猪基因组ENCODE,功能突变鉴定等;
3. 猪育种研究:包括分子标记辅助选择和全基因组选择。
